Kerrin Welsh has worked for four companies in the past. From 2021 to present, they have been employed as a Recruiting Operations Analyst at Forward. From 2016 to 2021, they were a Regional Preparedness Manager and Emergency Preparedness Coordinator at the American Red Cross. In 2015, they were an Athletic Performance Coach at Titus Sports Academy, Inc. In 2014, they were a Southeast Recruiting Intern - Rivals.com at Yahoo Sports.

Kerrin Welsh completed a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Florida State University between 2012 and 2016. Prior to that, they attended Archbishop Edward A. McCarthy High School from 2008 to 2012, where they completed a College/University Preparatory program.
