Nicole Jenkins

Nicole Jenkins has a varied work experience, beginning in 2014 as an Administrative Assistant at Pro Seal. In 2017, they took on the role of Residential Counselor at Duke University Talent Identification Program. In 2018, they worked as a Caregiver at Consumer Direct Care Network, and as a Sales Associate at Ross Stores, Inc. In 2021, Nicole was a Case Management Coordinator at CVS Health and held two roles at Cerebral, as a Senior Coordinator and Clinical Coordinator. Currently, Nicole is working as a Customer Service Associate at HeartCloud, Inc. and a Care Coordinator at Forward.

Nicole Jenkins obtained their Advanced High School Diploma from Chancellor High School in 2016. Nicole then attended East Carolina University from 2016-2020, earning their Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. In August 2021, Nicole obtained their Qualified Mental Health Professional Trainee certification from the Virginia Board of Counseling. In February 2023, Nicole obtained their Good Clinical Practice Certification from the National Drug Abuse Treatment Clinical Trials Network.
