Troy Morris has experience in a variety of roles since 2012. In 2018, they worked as an IT Technical Consultant for CSRA Inc and a Store Manager for T-Mobile. In 2014, they were a Store Manager for Sprint. In 2018, they became the Company Owner of Gramur Entertainment. In 2019, they became a Talent Connect Brand Ambassador for Linkedin Talents, a Sourcing Specialist for Forward, and a Business Owner for both Bargain Electroniks & Accessories and In A Flashhh Media Marketing.

Troy Morris obtained their Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities from the University of Louisiana Monroe between 2008 and 2013. In March 2018, Morris obtained six certifications from LinkedIn in the areas of CompTIA A+ (220-901) Cert Prep, Human Resources, and IT Service Desk Careers and Certifications.
