Thomas Nikolajsen

Thomas Nikolajsen has held various roles throughout their career, starting as a Network Specialist at Mobilix in 2000. Thomas then worked as a Research Scientist at NP Photonics, and later as a Senior Scientist at Crystal Fibre A/S. Thomas transitioned into leadership roles at Micro Managed Photons a/s and Soft Flow Hungary Ltd. before joining FOSS, where they held positions such as Head of Research, Head of Front-end Innovation, and Director Marketing & Innovation. Nikolajsen was also a Co-Founder at HySpec Medtech.

Thomas Nikolajsen earned their Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Physics and Mathematics from Aalborg University in 1995. Thomas went on to complete their Ph.D in Physics, Optics at DTU - Technical University of Denmark from 1997 to 2000.
