Christal Calderon Gauthier has over 17 years of work experience in the field of talent acquisition and community management. Christal began their career in 2004 as a Community Manager for Epinions at eBay. Christal then moved to Topix LLC in 2007 as a Community Manager. In 2008, they became a Community Marketing Manager at eBay Inc. and then a Global Community Manager at GE Healthcare in 2014. In 2015, they joined Vanetta Partners as a Talent Acquisition Lead and Recruiter. In 2016, they became a Senior Recruiter at Talent House and a Manager, Global Corporate Recruiting (US, EMEA, APAC) at Leanplum. In 2018, they joined Collective Health as a Senior Recruiter (Commercial & GTM). Christal then moved to Curology in 2019 as a Senior Manager, Recruiting (Corporate, Marketing & Creative), Manager, Corporate Recruiting and Manager, Tech & Eng Recruiting. Currently, they are the Head of Talent at FOSSA.
