Quintella Ivory

Quintella Ivory has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Quintella started their career at Cigna as an On-Site Benefits Manager, where they managed benefit administration and conducted workshops for employees. Quintella then joined United Biosource Corporation as a St. Reimbursement Specialist, where they assisted patients and healthcare providers with insurance coverage and medication assistance. At Kynetec, they served as a Call Center Supervisor, managing a team and handling scheduling. Most recently, they worked at Soft Surroundings Holdings LLC as a Human Resource Specialist, partnering with senior leadership to establish policies and procedures and conducting performance appraisals. Quintella is currently working as the Human Resources Director at Foster & Adoptive Care Coalition.

Quintella Ivory received their Master of Science degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Lindenwood University, where they attended from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Arts degree in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication at the University of Illinois Springfield from 1995 to 1998.
