Lead Automation Engineer at Foundation Medicine

Emily Phillips has a diverse work experience starting in 2011 as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Connecticut Department of Physiology and Neurobiology. Emily then worked as a Laboratory Assistant at the University of Connecticut Center for Environmental Sciences and Engineering. From 2013 to 2015, they were a Histotechnologist Trainee at Dianon Systems, where they were responsible for preparing and analyzing human tissue specimens. Emily then joined Integrated Genetics in 2015 as a Molecular Technician. In 2016, they started working at Foundation Medicine, progressing from the role of Molecular Technologist II to Automation Engineer, Senior Automation Engineer, and currently holds the position of Lead Automation Engineer.
