Karl Langdon

Karl Langdon has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over three decades. Karl began their career as a System Administrator and Help Desk Analyst at Drew University Academic Computing, where they managed technical staff to support academic programs. Karl then moved on to CSC Consulting, where they acted as a team leader and individual contributor on systems integration engagements, specializing in data warehousing initiatives. After that, they joined PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Management Consultant, managing full-lifecycle engagements and ensuring customer satisfaction and timely project completion.

Langdon then became the Director of Program Management at Inventa, where they designed and implemented a firm-wide Project Management Office (PMO) structure, standardized delivery methods, and improved profitability and customer satisfaction. Karl then worked as the Director of Program Management at PTC, where they built a worldwide team, oversaw project delivery revenue, and created a project management career path. At GlassHouse Technologies, they took on the role of Engagement Partner, managing customer relationships and delivering quality for major clients while expanding the company's service offerings.

Langdon's career at Fidelity Investments involved multiple roles, including Director of IT Product Management. As a PMO Director, they established a portfolio view of department projects and provided turnaround guidance to troubled programs. Karl then moved on to Seniorlink, where they served as the Director of Systems and Process and Head of PMO. Karl led a team of project managers and business analysts, defined the vision for managing change in the organization, and ensured the adoption of system and process investments.

Langdon's most recent role was at State Street, where they held the position of Vice President, Finance Transformation PMO. In this role, they were responsible for leading the transformation of the Controller functions for the bank, defining program framework, establishing governance, and working across initiative teams and projects.

Currently, Langdon is working at Foundation Medicine as the Head of Corporate Alliances, leading the team responsible for mission-critical innovations that power the company's ability to serve patients. Karl previously held the roles of Head of Cloud Infrastructure and Director, International Delivery at Foundation Medicine.
