Thelma Alane

Thelma Alane has worked in various roles in the technology and business sectors since 2003. Thelma began their career as Vice President of Product & Business Systems at Domus Systems. In 2009, they started their own consulting business, Alane-West Consulting, as Lead IT Business Systems Analyst. From 2010 to 2013, they worked as Division Director at Socialserve.com, and as Senior Systems Analyst at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as Chief Compliance Officer at Ashton Stewart Capital and Innovation Manager at Hawaii Technology Development Corporation. From 2015 to 2017, they were Business Operations Consultant at Chipara LLC, and from 2017 to 2022, they were Chief Financial Officer/Chief Information Officer at WaySine. Currently, they are Global Programs Development Manager at FoundersBoost (formerly Startup Boost).

Thelma Alane has a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service - International Economics, Commerce & Finance from Georgetown University.
