Aaron Schwarzberg is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in learning and development within the customer experience industry. Currently serving as Global Head of Learning & Development at Foundever, Aaron oversees global client training design and operational efficiency. Previous roles include Global Chief Delivery Officer for Learning & Development and Head of Digital, Learning, and CX Tech Operations for the Americas at Foundever. Aaron has held key leadership positions at dialogEDU as Executive Vice President of Global Operations and at Keypath Education as Managing Director of Healthcare Partnerships. With a strong educational background, including a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from the University of Denver, a Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University, and an MBA from New England College, Aaron combines strategic direction and operational expertise to deliver innovative learning solutions that enhance customer experiences.
