Hendrix Pascual

Hendrix Pascual is a highly experienced professional in training and quality management, currently serving as Senior Training and Quality Manager at Foundever since April 2024. Previously, Hendrix held the position of Global Training and Quality Manager at Webhelp from June 2022 to April 2024. Prior roles include Training Manager and Training Lead at Accenture from March 2019 to June 2022, Training Supervisor at Sykes Asia Inc. from March 2017 to December 2018, and Technical Trainer at SYKES from July 2014 to March 2017. Hendrix has earned Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Yellow Belt certifications in Quality Management from Ateneo Graduate School of Business in early 2024 and November 2023, respectively, along with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Far Eastern University obtained in 2008.
