Andrea Dellit

Andrea Dellit currently serves as the Executive Director at Cedar Valley Angels since November 2023 and as a part-time NTDC Foster Parent Trainer at Four Oaks since August 2022. Previously, Andrea held various leadership positions at Grainger from September 2013 to May 2023, including Senior Manager of Customer Experience, where oversight of teams and cross-functional collaboration resulted in significant business and process improvements. Prior roles at Target involved leadership in multiple capacities within distribution centers, focusing on operations management, team development, and continuous improvement. Andrea holds an MBA from the Wilson College of Business at the University of Northern Iowa and a BA in Business Administration with a minor in Communication from the same institution.
