Four Roses Distillery
Cathy Welch has had extensive experience in Human Resources. Cathy began their career in 1998 as an HR intern at ExtendaCare, Inc. From there, they worked as an HR generalist at McKechnie Vehicle Components and as an HR specialist at Pilkington. In 2005, they joined Taylor Made Sales Agency Corp as an HR manager, where they stayed for ten years. Since 2015, they have been with Four Roses Distillery, initially as a Senior Manager, Human Resources, and then as the Human Resources Director starting in February 2019.
Cathy Welch completed their high school education at Garrard County High School from 1991 to 1994. Following that, they pursued a bachelor's degree in Business Management at Eastern Kentucky University from 1994 to 1999.
