Gabrielle Rohling

Gabrielle Rohling currently serves as the People and Culture Manager at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts since August 2024. Prior experience includes roles at KellyMitchell Group from June 2021 to August 2024, where responsibilities included Human Resources Generalist, Senior Human Resources Specialist, and Human Resource Coordinator. Gabrielle also interned at SAFE HOUSE FOR WOMEN INC in 2020, gaining hands-on experience in support for domestic violence survivors. Previous positions include serving at Whitmoor Country Club, where fine dining and customer service skills were developed, and working as a Summer Camp Counselor at St. Charles Park District, providing exposure to diverse child backgrounds. Gabrielle earned a degree in Psychology with a focus on Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Southeast Missouri State University between 2017 and 2021.
