Paula Torano has a diverse work experience spanning from 2016 to the present. Paula started their career at Outcome Health as a Network Operations Specialist, where they monitored and responded to system alerts and provided technical support to clinics. Paula also collaborated with senior engineers on project status and technical issues. Paula joined FourKites, Inc. in 2018 and has held multiple roles within the Customer Success department. Paula started as an Operations Associate and progressively advanced to the positions of Customer Project Manager, Customer Success Manager, Customer Success Team Lead, and currently serves as a Manager of Customer Success. In their roles at FourKites, Paula focused on managing client communications and expectations, organizing status reports and trainings, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
