Marianne van Hees

Marianne van Hees has extensive experience in the field of human resources, with a focus on business partnering and people operations. Marianne is currently serving as the Head of People Operations & Business Partnering (Director) at Fourthline. Prior to this role, they worked at Tesla as the HR Lead EMEA (Head of Business Partnering) from April 2020 to November 2022. Before Tesla, they were a Senior Manager HR at Salesforce, where they served as an HR Business Partner to the Salesforce Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Digital Officer from November 2015 to April 2020. Marianne also has experience at permanent tsb as an HR Manager, where they played a key role in the HR transformation initiative. Marianne has served as a Human Resources Manager at Crosscare, and as an HR Business Partner at Davy, where they provided comprehensive HR support and implemented HR policies and procedures. Marianne's early career includes a role in Human Resources at Danske Bank, where they oversaw internal recruitment and prepared the organization for migration to Danske Bank. Marianne van Hees has a BSc degree in Psychology which they obtained from Queen's University Belfast between 2001 and 2004. Marianne then pursued a Masters of Business Studies (MBS) with a focus on HRM at University College Dublin from 2004 to 2005. In 2014, they obtained a Diploma in European Employment Law from the Law Society of Ireland. Marianne also holds additional certifications, including a Certificate in Coaching from the Center for Creative Leadership in 2020 and a FETAC Level 6 (Distinction) in Team Leadership obtained in 2012.
