Jason Hazel PT, DPT, currently serves as Chief Development Officer at FOX Rehabilitation since July 2018, after holding the position of National Business Leader at ACP - Accelerated Care Plus from December 2017 to July 2018. Prior to that, Jason worked at FOX Rehabilitation as Vice President of Senior Living Partnerships from April 2011 to December 2017, where responsibilities included overseeing senior living partnerships and providing clinical support and training to therapists and regional directors, with an emphasis on quality, patient outcomes, therapist happiness, and retention. Jason earned a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Temple University (2005-2008), a Master of Science in Rehab Sciences from the Medical University of South Carolina (2002-2005), and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the College of Charleston (1998-2002).
