Rachel Henk

Rachel Henk has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years in various HRIS and Workday implementation roles. Their most recent position was as the Manager of Workday Implementation at FOX Rehabilitation, where they managed the implementation of Workday HCM, Payroll, and Recruiting. Prior to that, Rachel worked at FHI 360 as a Human Resource Information System Manager and at Johnson & Johnson (Rangam Consultants) as a Project Manager for the HR Divestitures COE. Rachel also has experience as an HRIS/Workday Consultant at ALKU, where they managed global Workday Performance Management and Goal Setting and introduced a continuous improvement methodology. Additionally, Rachel has worked as a Director of Client Services at Vintage Hill Consulting, a Senior HRIS Project Manager at XPO Logistics, an HRIS Consultant at Randstad, a Manager of HRIS at Church & Dwight, a HRIT Consultant at Green Key Resources, and a Director of Compensation & HCMS at NFI Industries. Throughout their career, Rachel has been responsible for implementing HRIS systems, managing projects, developing training programs, and enhancing data integrity.

Rachel Henk earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science & Health Policy from the University of Pennsylvania in 1986.
