Analilia de la Torre

Analilia De La Torre has extensive experience in the property management industry. Analilia began their career at MidPen Housing Corporation in 2007 as a Community Manager and worked their way up to become a Portfolio Manager. In this role, they were responsible for managing a portfolio of properties. In 2019, they were promoted to Senior Portfolio Manager before leaving the company in November 2021. Currently, they are the Regional Portfolio Manager at FPI Management, a position they have held since December 2021. Analilia recently assumed the role of Director of Operations as well.

Analilia De La Torre has obtained an Associate's degree in Computer Applications and Business Technology from Cabrillo College. Analilia has also earned additional certifications including an Accounting Certificate of Achievement from Cabrillo College, and certifications as a Certified Specialist of Occupancy - Public Housing (CSO-PH) and Tax Credit Specialist from the National Center for Housing Management.
