Portfolio Talent Lead at Fractal Software

Briana Friden began their career in 2018 as a Talent Acquisition Associate at LogicMonitor. In this role, they were responsible for full cycle recruiting and effectively communicating LogicMonitor's value to potential candidates. Briana developed the current 'Hiring Manager Intake Meeting' to frontload the hiring process and set expectations for hiring managers. Additionally, they functioned as a hiring consultant for managers throughout the interview process. In 2020, they were promoted to Senior Talent Acquisition Associate, taking on more project-based work in addition to full time hiring. Briana partnered with HR to determine career mapping on teams such as Marketing and Sales, and created and led the 2020 internship program, including designating roles, hiring interns, and establishing onboarding and curriculum material. In 2022, they moved to Fractal Software as a Talent Lead.

Briana Friden attended the University of Oregon from 2013 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Spanish Language and Literature.
