Emma Christie

Emma Christie has held a variety of roles in the past six years. In 2022, they took on the role of Talent Lead at Fractal Software, a venture studio focused on launching the next generation of vertical SaaS startups. In 2021, they became a Senior Associate at True Search, a globally retained executive search firm for board members, c-suite executives, VPs, directors and other strategic talent. In 2018, Emma began working at Wayfair as a Senior Recruiter, Technology and Analytics and a Recruiter, Algorithms & Analytics, responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for the company's growing Analytics Organization. In 2017, they were a Staffing Consultant at Beacon Hill Staffing Group. Finally, in 2016, they were a Seasonal Educator at lululemon, where they educated guests on the fabrics, features, fit and function of the products and culture of the company.

Emma Christie attended Gettysburg College, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Organization and Management Studies and Spanish. Emma then went on to pursue further studies in Business Management at the University of Wollongong.
