Rachel Zarit

Rachel Zarit has a diverse work experience in the field of immigration. Rachel currently works at Fragomen as the Business Operations and Transformation Manager, where they are responsible for analyzing and improving strategic immigration and global mobility programs for clients. Prior to this role, they served as the Business Immigration Client Services Manager, working with multiple clients to develop solutions that align with legal compliance, efficiency, and service requirements.

Rachel also has experience as a Senior Immigration Business Analyst/Consultant and an Immigration Business Consultant at Fragomen, where they coordinated immigration processes for corporate clients, monitored databases, and assessed changes in immigration policies and regulations.

Before joining Fragomen, Rachel worked as a Business Immigration Case Manager at Davidson & Schiller, LLC, a boutique law firm specializing in immigration law. In this role, they established and developed relationships with HR specialists and facilitated communication between HR, attorneys, and employees.

Rachel's earlier work experience includes serving as an International Student and Scholar Advisor at Northwestern University, where they advised faculty, researchers, and students on immigration issues. Rachel also worked as an International Student Advisor/Academic Advisor at Truman College, where they spearheaded the development of International Student Services and improved support for the international student population.

Rachel Zarit obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, English, and Japanese from Kalamazoo College. Rachel then pursued a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Temple University, which they completed between 2003 and 2005.
