Joshua Weaver

Joshua Weaver is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management, operations, and leadership. Currently serving as a Program Manager at FRALOCK since March 2022, Joshua is responsible for overseeing production orders and managing lead times. As the Owner of HisVision Clothing Collection since January 2019, Joshua excels in clothing design, marketing, and personnel development. Previous roles include Sr. Scheduler at WOLLBORG-MICHELSON ETC INC and Company Commander in the U.S. Army National Guard, where Joshua demonstrated strong planning and resource management skills. Additionally, Joshua has worked as a Leadership Development Consultant and has significant manufacturing experience from roles at Amgen and Baxter Healthcare. Joshua holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from National University.
