Shauna McQuillen

Shauna McQuillen, MBA, currently serves as Vice President of Sales Strategy and Analytics for the Beauty Category at SharkNinja, beginning in July 2024. Previously, McQuillen held the position of Vice President of Sales and Strategic Accounts at Pepsi-Cola Bottling Company Of New York, where responsibilities included overseeing all retail and foodservice channels, contract negotiation, and strategic planning, successfully leading a team through a restructure while exceeding performance metrics. Prior to that, McQuillen served at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. as Vice President of Commercial Sales and Vice President & Head of Sales for Aveda, driving significant sales growth and strategic initiatives across various distribution channels. Earlier experience at PepsiCo spanned several leadership roles in sales and execution, contributing to substantial revenue generation and market expansion. McQuillen holds an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University and a BA in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Lycoming College.
