Heather Ramsey

Heather Ramsey is an experienced talent management professional with a diverse background in human resources and recruitment. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Management for North America at Framatome, Heather has held various leadership roles including Talent Management Leader and Manager of Total Rewards. Previous positions include Manager of Provider Services and Senior Physician Recruiter at Centra Health, along with a role as Training & Organizational Development Specialist at N.B. Handy Company. Earlier in their career, Heather contributed as a Human Resources Manager and Generalist at Centra Health. Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Sweet Briar College, where studies are ongoing since 2001.
