Graham Ruffels

Graham Ruffels has a diverse and extensive work experience in sales and account management. Graham is currently serving as the Head of Account Management at Frame AI since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Taplytics from 2019 to 2023, where they held roles such as Head of Account Management & Enterprise Sales DevCycle and Head of Sales. During their tenure at Taplytics, Graham successfully grew key accounts and implemented customer-focused strategies to achieve targeted growth.

Before Taplytics, Graham worked at Epilogue Systems as the Vice President of Sales from 2018 to 2019. Graham played a pivotal role in turning around sales by investing in talent and implementing Solution Sales methodology. Additionally, they led the SDR, AE, and AM functions and successfully executed the GTM process to create a substantial pipeline.

Prior to Epilogue Systems, Graham served as the Senior Director of Sales at iQ Media from 2013 to 2018. Graham was promoted to this position after working as the Director of Inside Sales, where they were responsible for building and leading the company's first SDR team. Throughout their time at iQ Media, Graham consistently achieved exceptional results and served as a trusted resource for AE development.

Graham also worked as a Direct Marketing Consultant at their own company, Graham Ruffels, LLC, from 2009 to 2013. Furthermore, they served as a Board Member at the Philadelphia American Marketing Association from 2010 to 2011.

Before starting their own company, Graham was the Director of Sales at DSG, Inc Direct Marketing Concierge from 2007 to 2009. Their career began in 2001 as a Sales Executive at Northstar MCG, where they worked until 2007.
