Joel Goyette has extensive work experience in product management and growth consulting. Joel is currently a Senior Product Manager - Monetization at Adobe, following their acquisition of Frame.io in November 2021. At Frame.io, a cloud-based video review and collaboration platform, Joel held the same position. Prior to that, they worked as a Product & Growth Consultant at Elo Health from November 2020 to September 2021.
Joel served as a Senior Product Manager at Scott's Cheap Flights, where they played a crucial role in building a domestic flight deal product and optimizing deal email performance. Joel also served as the Head of Product, leading growth and monetization strategies, A/B/n experiments, and optimizing the onboarding flow.
Before their time at Scott's Cheap Flights, Joel pursued various projects as a Free Agent, where they traveled extensively and taught himself Webflow and other no-code tools. Joel built and shipped projects such as a niche job board, a top-ranking Spanish-language consumer media site, and a wine tasting & event discovery app.
Joel also worked at BetterDoctor as the Head of Product, where they built an enterprise SaaS online reporting platform and conducted conversion optimization experiments. Joel also led the discovery, validation, and development of a B2B2C digital growth & online reputation management platform for physicians.
Additionally, Joel was a Co-Founder of Boxbee, an on-demand full-service storage company, which was later acquired by Iron Mountain and Corovan. Joel also served as the Marketing & Community Lead at Lovely (livelovely.com), growing traffic to an apartment marketplace and launching an apartment matchmaking service.
Earlier in their career, Joel worked in marketing and business development at Fair Trade USA, where they championed the development of an online reporting application and launched an email program. Joel began their professional journey at OpenTable, where they started as an intern and later became a full-time employee, handling product management and consumer marketing responsibilities.

Joel Goyette has a diverse education history. Joel holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Business from San Diego State University. Additionally, Joel participated in a Bilateral Exchange Program at Universidade da Coruña, where they focused on Spanish language instruction and further studies in International Business.
During their education, Joel also took part in a High School Foreign Exchange program at Escuela de Enseñanza Media No. 203 in Argentina. This experience enhanced their understanding of different cultures and intercultural communication.
Joel completed their high school education and obtained a High School Diploma from San Luis Obispo High School.
In terms of additional certifications, Joel obtained a certification in Monetization & Pricing from Reforge in May 2022. Prior to that, they also received a certification in Advanced Growth Strategy from Reforge in November 2019.
