Wesley Luttrell

Wesley Luttrell has a diverse work experience in various roles related to research operations and user experience. Wesley is currently serving as a Senior Research Operations Manager at Frame.io, where they connect colleagues with users for feedback opportunities and manages a database of customer information. Prior to that, they worked at Red Hat, initially as a Research Operations Coordinator, where they managed participant recruiting and supported the UXD Research team. Wesley also served as a UXD User Researcher at Red Hat, leading efforts to gain knowledge about users and improve products. Before joining Red Hat, Wesley worked as a Human Factors Engineer at Lenovo, focusing on the design of ThinkPad hardware using Human Factors and Ergonomics principles. Wesley has a background in Human Factors & Ergonomics, having completed coursework and research at North Carolina State University, where they also worked as a Graduate Student and Primary Instructor in the field.

Wesley Luttrell obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from the University of Kentucky. Following this, they pursued their Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Factors, Ergonomics, and Human-Computer Interaction from North Carolina State University, which they completed in 2013.
