Darrell Smithson

Darrell Smithson currently serves as the Head of Customer Success at FRAMECAD, where responsibilities include enhancing customer experience and engagement with business software and equipment. Prior to FRAMECAD, Darrell held the position of Vice President of Customer Success at Turntide Technologies, focusing on sustainable energy solutions. Darrell also served as President for North America at SKIDATA USA, leading the transformation of business operations. At Compac, Darrell was VP Global Services, overseeing multiple departments and driving profitability across global markets. Darrell’s extensive experience includes roles at Schneider Electric, where various leadership positions were held, and earlier roles at APC-MGE and MGE UPS Systems, highlighting a robust background in sales, marketing, and service management. Darrell holds an Engineer's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and an HNC in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
