Jeroen de Graaf

Jeroen de Graaf is a seasoned Senior Process Engineer currently at Plug Power, specializing in the design and development of Green Hydrogen Electrolyzer facilities and finalizing Produced Water Treatment projects. With extensive experience at Frames, Jeroen has held multiple roles, including Senior Process Engineer and Process Engineer, focusing on Produced Water Treatment technologies and Oil Separation equipment for the oil and gas industry. Jeroen began a professional journey at YER as a Talent Scout, further developed skills during an internship at Frames, and contributed to research and education as a Laboratory Assistant and Teaching Assistant at the University of Twente. Jeroen holds a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Twente, and has also completed a bachelor thesis at Washington State University.
