Cruz Enrique Perez

Cruz Enrique Perez has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Cruz Enrique began their career as a Java Developer at Softtek in 2009 and later worked as a QA Lead at Pounce Consulting from 2010 to 2012. In 2013, they joined IBM as a Test Lead.

After gaining experience in the technology sector, Perez transitioned to project management and agile methodologies. From 2014 to 2019, they worked at Tiempo Development as a Project Manager and Scrum Master.

In 2019, Perez joined Advancio as the Chief Production Officer, a role they held until 2021. Cruz Enrique then moved to Framework < Science / >, where they held several positions. Cruz Enrique first served as the Director of Technical Programs from September 2021 to August 2022. Perez then took on the role of VP of Operations at Framework Science Software Engineering Excellence Center, where they served as an Agile Coach from August 2022 to February 2023. Currently, Perez holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Framework Science, where they are also an Agile Transformation Consultant.

Cruz Enrique Perez attended the Universidad Autonoma de Baja California from 2004 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained several certifications, including the SCRUM FOUNDATION PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATE (SFPC) and the SCRUM MASTER PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATE (SMPC) from CertiProf® in January 2019. Cruz Enrique also holds the Kanban Essentials Professional Certificate (KFPC) and the Scrum Product Owner Professional Certificate (SPOPC) from CertiProf® obtained in September 2018.
