Frankel is currently looking for Tax Administrator to join our Tax department.

Who we're looking for:

  • Associate/bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience with accounting and/or QuickBooks

  • 2-3 years administrative experience

  • Familiar with accounting concepts

  • Experience with QuickBooks preferred

  • Strong technical and software skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills

  • Team player with a positive - "can do" approach

  • Strong communication skills

  • Possesses sound judgement and is highly ethical in all actions

What’s the job?

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assist in the preparation of tax returns and reviewing tax information to ensure that all required tax forms have been filed and all tax payments have been made

  • Provide administrative support to the Tax Department Head

  • Provide communication to clients on behalf of Firm Partners

  • Coordinate and manage scheduling of work within the Tax Department

  • Compile and organize materials to create professional presentations

  • Facilitate the ordering or necessary tax materials for the department

  • Assist in training activities for team members

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues
