Christian Biemer

Christian Biemer currently serves as Leiter HR at Frankfurter Bankgesellschaft Gruppe since February 2024. Previously, Christian held the position of Leiter HR Services at Flossbach von Storch from December 2020 to January 2024, overseeing a team of four with a focus on Compensation & Benefits and HR systems. Prior to that, Christian worked at ING Deutschland as Ressortleiter HR Steuerung, managing a team of ten and specializing in HR IT systems and regulatory compliance from January 2015 to November 2020. Experience also includes roles at Brose Group as Personalreferent Global Mobility, PwC Deutschland as Senior Consultant Tax, and P&I Personal & Informatik AG as HR Consultant. Christian obtained an MBA in Responsible Leadership and Business Governance from The Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg and holds several degrees in business and industrial relations.
