Joe Lombardo

Joe Lombardo started their work experience as an Intern at Stahlka Agency Inc. in 2013. In 2016, they worked as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist at Kodak Alaris. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at Glazer Properties, first as an Acquisitions Associate and then as a Leasing Manager. After that, from 2020 to 2023, they worked as an Investment Sales Advisor at Sands Investment Group. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Self-Storage Investment Sales at Franklin Street since 2024.

Joe Lombardo obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from SUNY Brockport in the years 2014 to 2016. Joe also holds additional certifications as a Licensed Real Estate Broker in North Carolina and is a member of ICSC.
