Manabu Kawamura

Manabu Kawamura has a strong background in sales and institutional business within the financial industry. Manabu is currently the Head of Sales Division at Franklin Templeton, a position they have held since June 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Institutional Sales at Allianz Global Investors from October 2017 to June 2023. From August 2015 to October 2017, they worked as the Director and Head of Institutional Business at The TCW Group. Manabu also held roles as Director and Head of Financial Institution Business at BlackRock from December 2011 to August 2015, and as Vice President of Financial Institutions Sales at Goldman Sachs Asset Management from May 2010 to December 2011.

Manabu Kawamura obtained a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Otaru University of Commerce in 1993. Later, in 2002, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
