Allison then moved on to become a Technical Support Representative, where they provided problem resolution to customers for product line and photo kiosk hardware/software. Allison also worked as a Content Project Manager, responsible for assessing client requirements, designing creative templates, and managing small creative content photo kiosk projects for independent retailers.

Allison then went on to pursue a degree in Theatre at Rider University from 2003 to 2007. In 2014, Allison completed a Project Management Intensive program at Georgetown University. In 2016, they further enhanced their project management skills by attending the PMP Exam Prep Course at Project Management Academy.
