Elise Roma

Elise Roma has extensive work experience in executive coaching, business development, and leadership roles. From September 2002 to January 2016, they worked at FranklinCovey, where they held the positions of Executive Coach for Business Development and General Manager for the Northeast region. In these roles, Elise focused on helping clients earn and retain loyal customers, developing strategic big deals, and achieving profitable business results. Prior to FranklinCovey, they worked at IMS Health and IMS America as the Vice President of Marketing from 1980 to 2002. Elise has a strong background in marketing and has worked with a wide range of clients, including Fortune 100 and 500 companies, government entities, and educational institutions.

Elise Roma earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance with a concentration in Accounting and Finance from Stockton State College.
