Kathryn Loescher

Kathryn Loescher, MBA, CCP, GRP, is a seasoned compensation consultant currently supporting FranklinCovey in designing and delivering innovative compensation strategies that align with the organization's mission. Previously, Kathryn served as Senior Director of Total Rewards at Mindbody, managing compensation for multiple regions and contributing to M&A integration following an acquisition. Additional experience includes leadership roles in compensation at Portland Public Schools, The Standard, XPO Logistics, and Ecova, alongside earlier positions in human resources at Vestas and Corillian. Kathryn holds an MBA from Willamette University and a BA in Psychology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
