Michelle Toomey has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Michelle started their career as a Watercraft Operator/Executive Administrative Assistant/Drill Sergeant in the US Army, where they developed leadership skills and a strong work ethic. Following their military service, Michelle worked as a List Services Manager at National Seminars Training, where they successfully managed direct marketing campaigns and implemented strategies to increase response rates. Michelle then served as the Preschool Director at Coronation Little Lambs Early Childhood Center before joining Votenet Solutions as a Sr. Sales Rep. Michelle later worked at FranklinCovey, first as a Client Partner, where they worked with clients to deliver leadership and organizational solutions, and then as an Inside Business Partner/Client Engagement Coordinator, providing support to Client Partners and ensuring smooth business operations. Michelle then became an Associate Implementation Strategist at FranklinCovey before being promoted to Implementation Strategist & Team Lead, where they built and led a team while consulting with strategic clients. Michelle Toomey obtained their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a concentration in Marketing from Christopher Newport University, where they studied from 1994 to 1997. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Clinton High School from 1981 to 1986. Later on, Michelle pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Rockhurst University.
