Jayshal Daya

Jayshal Daya, CPA, CA, currently serves as a Principal at the Accounting Standards Board (AcSB) since July 2018 and has a robust background in auditing and accounting, having held managerial positions at KPMG Canada and KPMG South Africa. In addition to professional roles, Jayshal has demonstrated leadership in Toastmasters International, serving as Area Director and Club President at various clubs, while also holding the position of VP Public Relations in multiple volunteer capacities. Education includes a Bachelor of Commerce and Honours from the University of Pretoria, several Chartered Accountant designations, and a variety of diplomas in management accounting and photography. Toastmasters achievements include Competent Communicator and Advanced Communicator Bronze certifications.
