Martina Garicochea

Martina Garicochea, SHRM-SCP, CPHR, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a background in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Lead at Fraser Health Authority, Martina has also contributed as a Human Resources Representative within the same organization. Previously, Martina held several positions at Strive Living Society, including Board Member and Human Resources Generalist, as well as Human Resources/Talent Acquisition Assistant. Additional experience includes serving as a Human Resources Specialist with UBC BEST, a Host at BC Place, and a Marketing Assistant for Miss World Canada. Martina earned a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Human Resources and Organizational Behaviour from UBC Sauder School of Business, graduating in 2017, and furthered education at Simon Fraser University in 2019.
