Gemma Duncan is currently working as a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging Business Partner at Frazer-Nash Consultancy since April 2022. Prior to this role, Gemma held positions in various companies such as Redde Northgate plc, IQE, NewLaw Solicitors, Pobl Group, Network Rail, and Invacare in HR-related roles. Gemma holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of South Wales and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Combined Studies from the University of Wolverhampton.
