Danielle Rosen is a Senior Compensation Analyst at Fraser, where Danielle analyzes data to provide a comprehensive understanding of the organization's alignment to total rewards philosophy. Prior to this, Danielle was a Senior Human Resource Intern at Jeremiah Program, where Danielle directly assisted the Director of Operations and Chief Operations Officer with various projects. With experience as a Team Member at Caribou Coffee, Human Service Technician at Divine House Inc, and Growmobile Intern at United Way of West Central Minnesota, Danielle has a strong background in communication, customer service, and project development. Danielle holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Human Resources & Leadership from Bethel University.
