NIKHIL SAROLIA

Nikhil Sarolia has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. NIKHIL is currently working as a Sales Manager at FREED since May 2023. Prior to this, they served as an Operations Manager at MattsenKumar LLC from August 2021 to February 2023, and as an Assistant Manager from September 2017 to August 2021. Nikhil also worked as a Manager at TRIVENI SOLUTIONS & BPO SERVICES from June 2014 to September 2017. NIKHIL held the position of Business Head at Craftech BPO from November 2012 to June 2014, where their responsibilities included training and upskilling. Before that, they worked briefly as a Sr. Business Developer at The Global Associates in July 2012. Nikhil also gained experience as a Manager Operations at EDEN-VENTURES Pvt Ltd. from October 2011 to May 2012. NIKHIL started their career at Teleperformance as a Trainer in May 2011 and then worked as a Sr. Process Associate at ISYS Softech Pvt Ltd. from February 2010 to March 2011. Lastly, they served as a Process Trainer at Genpact LLC from May 2006 to September 2009, where they provided training on process, banking business, and communication skills.

Nikhil Sarolia completed their B.sc degree in Maths, Physics, and Chemistry from Bikaner University between 2001 and 2003. Prior to that, they attended Bikaner Boys School from 1988 to 2000 for their high school education. Additionally, they received certifications in Facilitator Skills and Lean from Genpact in July 2008.
