Mariam Attaie

Mariam Attaie is an accomplished freelance journalist, producer, and emcee with extensive experience in multimedia journalism, news reporting, and event hosting. Currently working with Freelancers Union since August 2016, Mariam reports on live news and crafts feature stories while also serving as a master of ceremonies for various special events. Previous roles include multimedia journalist at NTV Houston, where Mariam created news packages and conducted interviews, content producer for Evenews, and senior communications advisor for Radio Television Afghanistan. Mariam has contributed to top media outlets, managed marketing strategies at Pana Television, and reported for Houston Television. A graduate of the University of Houston with a BA in Broadcast Journalism, Mariam possesses a strong foundation in journalism and Arabic & Middle Eastern studies.
