Sarah Thompson

Sarah Thompson has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in talent acquisition, recruiting, and human resources.

In their most recent position as the Talent Operations Lead at Freemodel, Sarah is responsible for managing talent operations within the organization.

Prior to that, they worked at Knock® CRM as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, where they successfully hired over 45 professionals for various departments and achieved a 95% offer acceptance rate. Sarah also presented and spoke on Employer Branding at a conference in 2022.

Sarah has also served as a Corporate Recruiter for The Life Properties and Olive Tree Holdings, where they conducted high-volume recruiting and managed job postings using ATS platforms.

Earlier in their career, they worked at LGI Homes as a Recruiter, and at Aon Hewitt as a Business Delivery Specialist, where they collaborated with clients and provided daily operational support in benefits administration.

Sarah began their career as an HR intern at Situs and the City of Nacogdoches, where they gained experience in recruitment, training, and general administrative tasks.

Sarah Thompson graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree, majoring in Management and minoring in Business Communication. Sarah'sfield of study was Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. In addition to their degree, Sarah obtained certifications in Textio Inclusive Employer Brand, Textio Inclusive Recruiting, and Textio Interrupting Bias in Hiring from Textio in August 2022.
