Marta Sisí Jiménez

Marta Sisí Jiménez currently serves as the HR Master's Final Project Mentor at Universidad de Málaga since October 2023. With an extensive background in human resources, Marta has held various positions at Freepik, including Head of HR, HR Manager, and HR Specialist, starting in January 2019. Prior experience includes serving as a Payroll & Employment Law Specialist at IUSLABORAL ABOGADOS and HR Specialist at TDK. Additional roles include Talent Acquisition Intern at Adecco and HR Training Intern at Agencia Sanitaria Costa del Sol. Marta possesses a strong educational foundation with a Master’s in Strategic Human Resource Management from Universidad de Málaga, an Expert in Trade Union Relations and Labor Procedure from INEAF Business School, and Leadership Competencies Development from ESIC Business & Marketing School. A degree in Labor Relations was obtained from Universidad de Málaga, complemented by studies at Universidad de Puerto Rico.
