Jonathan Culling

Jonathan Culling has over 20 years of work experience in the tech industry. Jonathan began their career in 1999 as a Developer at Advanced Micro Devices. Jonathan then moved on to RASTRAC.NET, Inc. in 2004, where they served as Manager Technical Support & IT and Developer. In 2009, they became a Senior Client Support Analyst at Convio. Jonathan joined Blackbaud in 2012, first as Senior Product Support Lead and then as Support Engineer. In 2016, they became Customer Support Manager at Lithium Technologies, followed by Solution Manager, Sr. Principal and Sr. Principal Architect at Blackbaud in 2018. In 2021, they were promoted to Senior Product Manager at Blackbaud and is currently Head of Digital Services at FreeWill since 2022.

Jonathan Culling obtained a B.A. in Jonathan'story and a Minor in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin between 1997 and 2007. Jonathan also holds certifications from LinkedIn (Consulting Foundations, Introduction to Web Design and Development, and User Experience for Web Design), Scrum Alliance (Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)), PEOPLECERT (ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management and ITIL® Intermediate Certificate in IT Service Operation), and Salesforce (Salesforce Certified Administrator).
