Aaron Rogers

Aaron Rogers has extensive experience in the field of electromechanical engineering. Aaron currently holds the position of Principal Power Electronics Engineer at FreeWire Technologies since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at BREK Electronics as an Electromechanical System Architect from 2019 to 2022. Aaron also served as a Senior Electro-Mechanical Engineer at Solid Power, Inc. from 2017 to 2019, where they focused on designing production pick and place tooling and improving the testing and repeatability of batteries.

Before that, Aaron worked at Spectra Logic as a Senior Electro-Mechanical Engineer from 2016 to 2017, where they designed production line tooling with a focus on operator interfaces and database collection. Aaron also developed a web browser-based controller for remote operation and monitoring. Prior to this, they worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at MKS Instruments from 2013 to 2016, where they designed production line tooling and programmed computer vision systems for part inspection.

Aaron Rogers has also held positions at Southwest Windpower as a Lead Hardware Engineer from 2012 to 2013, Phobos Energy as a Hardware Engineer from 2011 to 2011, and Kimble Precision as a CNC Programmer & Machinist from 2006 to 2007. Aaron started their career as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Colorado Boulder from 2007 to 2010, where they focused on circuit design, layout, assembly, and debug for electronic power converters. Aaron also co-authored a publication on microinverters for building-integrated photovoltaics. Overall, Aaron Rogers has a diverse background and expertise in various aspects of electromechanical engineering.

Aaron Rogers attended the University of Colorado Boulder from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering.
