Chris Wilke

Chris Wilke has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. Chris is currently working as a Principal Engineer at FreeWire Technologies since 2022. Prior to that, they held various roles at GE Current, a Daintree company, including Director of Systems Engineering from 2018 to 2022 and Design Manager from 2015 to 2018. Chris also worked at GE as a Design Manager from 2012 to 2015 after the acquisition of Albeo Technologies, where they were a Lead Mechanical Engineer from 2008 to 2012. Before joining Albeo Technologies, Chris worked as a Mechanical Engineer at JDSU in 2007 and at Picolight as a Lead Mechanical Engineer from 2005 to 2007. Chris started their engineering career as a Mechanical Engineer Intern at Infineon Technologies in 2003.

Chris Wilke obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2005.
